Issues of Concern at Pitstone Skate Park

Good morning all,

The Wing Neighbourhood Team have been contacted by a number of residents of Pitstone raising concern over a group of individuals at the Skate Park being threatening and abusive. It appears this relates to an incident earlier on in the month. 

Firstly, the team would like to thank residents for reporting this information - without this they would not be able to target their patrols accordingly. Secondly, the team would like to remind residents to report to 999 if an emergency - for instance, if this group of individuals are being threatening to the public or are committing a crime then this should be reported immediately. 

We are aware that a number of reports have been made to Facebook - This is not something that the Police have access to and cannot therefore see what information might be being provided - the team therefore kindly ask that any reports are also sent to the Police via the online submission form on the Thames Valley Police website, or via 101. 

I would like to assure residents that these reports are being taken seriously; over the weekend of the 20th September you will see an increased presence of High Visibility Policing. I would like to further assure residents that any previous incident that might relate to these issues of concern is being dealt with appropriately and the Neighbourhood Team are working closely with other departments to ensure this.
